How does the revenue-cycle percentage work?
Coding and revenue-cycle management are billed as a percentage of what we actually collect for you — nothing upfront. The rate drops as you move up tiers.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Every plan runs on the same HIPAA-compliant platform with a PHI firewall, full audit logging, and a signed BAA. SOAPie AI never trains on your patient data.
Will it replace ezyVet, Neo, or Cornerstone?
On Scribe and Agentic, SOAPie works alongside your current PIMS and pushes finished notes, lab requests, and charges into it. On Full PIM we import your data and retire the legacy system entirely.
